Hi,
Finally a mp3 demo of DirectBass, a direct recorded bass sample library for AMP SIMULATOR like IKmultimedia AMPEG.
I used a YAMAHA TRB 5 strings for creating it.

This demo it's just a beta version made with a pre release version of directbass. I used the patch with the bridge pickup.
Next week I'm going to release the library. For who is interest in it it's possible to register to DirectBass newsletter on my website.

I want to inform you about some of DirectBass features:
- Round robin cycle with 4 groups of notes for each key.
- 3 layers with crossfade between layers
- New innovative way that has allowed to get high quality reducing the size drastically.
- Picked articulations

I second this question.
The demos sound good, but there are other promising bass releases those days (manybass, chocolate audio, scarbee's black bass), so the competition is definitely here with more or less attractive prices.
Hence it would be nice to know where Pettinhouse DI Bass is in terms of pricing !
