BCR2000 Settings Help

I've been trawling through the numerous posts about the template settings for the BCR2000 but a lot of the links are dead now. What I am looking for is a preset where I can control more than 8 channels with the one device in Ableton Live. Ideally I'm looking to be able to press one of the buttons and in effect shift the dials so that they can control the next 8 channels in the mixer.

Ive tried to use the BCedit prog but I cant get it working; also switching to mac has kind of reset my tinkering abilities a bit until i get more fluent in the OS.

Anyone any tips/links?
