Breath controller with Kontakt/CubaseSX

Anyone using a BC3 with Kontakt/Cubase?

I'm trying to create some patches with EWQLSO. I can get it to work, but what I would really like to do is have note on's triggered by an increase in breath controller value above zero.

Right now, I can use the Group Start Options in Kontakt to trigger the note on, but I have to be blowing when I hit a key for it to work, and I'd rather be able to hit a key then blow, with the blow triggering the note.

If anyone has done this, perhaps you could get in touch.
