I found another GM soundfont, here. As you can see from the link, it's in a "Compressed" soundfont format, with an extension of .csf. How can i extract/UNcompress its contents. Is there an .sf2 file inside it, or not?

Something about Visual Rights, compression format or something. Perhaps you will need to contact the author. (And bloody well tell him/her to use sfPack/sfArk instead)
