Hi Folks,

I'm doing some more experimenting with processing for that old drum project I started (had a poll called "Produced Drums?").
Last time it was scratchy/vinyl/sliced up drum loops with a hiphop feel. This time it's old-skool breakbeats and d&b type stuff. You be the judge. You're free to use these however you choose to. Sell'em for all I care. :P Although, again, I'm not sure why you'd want to

Anyway, Since this is an experiment, I'd like to know your thoughts if you have any...on the drum loops that is...we'll discuss your personal ponderings another time :D

RaR archive consists of:

- 10 BreakBeats (featuring 2 'produced' kits)

- 4 Fills (Again, Featuring 2 produced kits)

All loops are at 140bpm; 16 bit/44.1khz (recorded at 24/48, but dithered down).

These were processed with some expensivo stuffas...so again, if you have comments, please leave them here so we can decide whether our money has been spent properly :hihi: .

I like the first 5 beats the most, BreakBeat03.wav is pretty tight, although a bit too much compressed sound for my taste maybe.
Wouldn't call it d&b though, sounds more like punk rock to me heh

I have to agree, although I do like them.

I can't comment on the sound, as I've only listening to them on my crapy work Dell.

edited to remove repetition (and pressing Submit when I meant Preview  )

Thanx guys. Yeah, they are heavily compressed....the 2nd kit isn't as 'pumping.' Keep in mind the product I'm working on all this for won't be loops...but the produced kits rather...so you'll be able to make any genre you'd like. :)
