Pocket PC's and VSTi's????????????

Is it possible to use a pocket pc,(HP ipaq, Dell Axim etc.),
to host VST plugins? Are there any hosts? Midi interfaces?
I guess if it is at all possible they'd have to be light
on that tiny 'lil CPU. I just think it would be really cool
to turn one into a little synth module or guitar fx processor
for stage use.
