Hi All,

I would like to inform you that I released a new extra sound library Golden HARMONY for Golden ASET and also for other VSTi plugins which support SF2 format.

Image

This sound library includes carefully recorded and looped samples to create miscellaneous Pads, Textures, Rhythmic sequences and other interesting sounds. It contains 6+1 standalone SF2 files (banks) with categorized sounds, these can be combined to create many new, unusual sounds. It also contains 410 presets.

As I informed all current users of Golden ASET by email, there is a discount available for all of them until July 31st. If you use Golden ASET and didn't receive that message, the email address you used is probably no more available. The discounted price is only $22, while the normal price after this date will be $30. You will receive this discounted price on the payment page automatically. Users who purchased Golden ASET until May 30th 2007 and want to use this library need to upgrade to the latest version of Golden ASET. You can email me for a free link to download this latest release. Please note that this new release of Golden ASET will not work with custom presets you may created in older versions. These presets however can be updated, I can send you a tutorial for it and also can help you if needed.

If you are interested about Golden HARMONY library or about Golden ASET, please visit my website http://www.artvera-music.com/, you can find there detailed info and you also can listen many demo sounds. Bundle with Golden ASET and Golden HARMONY can be ordered for only $50.

Vera delivers again! I have the set and only wish I had more time to explore it now. The presets I have heard so far are classic Vera, and that's a good thing. I think it was $22 well spent.

Already ordered!!! ;)

Tek, if you mean a Wusik library with sounds of Golden Harmony, I am not sure if it is needed because the sounds from Golden Harmony can be converted to other formats for another VSTi plugins. It means all users who have Golden Harmony can convert this library to Wusik format and can use all sounds in Wusikstation. The same is valid for Mistral and NewAge Collection libraries. Everyone who has these two sound libraries and Golden ASET can convert Wusik format to SF2 and use it in Golden ASET.

I plan other library for Wusikstation. I hope that it will be something you will like

How do you recommend doing the conversion? I don't have Extreme Sample Converter (yet). Is there any software you can recommend to do the job?

It is true that ESC is best software for easy conversion SF2 to Wusik format and conversely.
But Wusik supports also WAV format so if you don't have any converter you can simply extract some samples (wavs) from SF2 file. You can use free SF2 editor Viena from Kenneth Rundt for it. Or Vienna from Creative if you have any Blaster sound card. Samples from Golden Harmony are sufficiently long so you can use them in the same way as in other sampler. Or you can use Sample mapper or Manytone mapper to create SND files if there is more samples (multi) for one soundset. Both mappers use the WAV files to create WusikSND soundset. I know that this converting can be more time-consuming but you can select only best sounds which you like and not to convert all SF2 internal programs
