I am interested in manybass...I notice the requirements are an sse enabled computer.
I own lots of plugs, but this is the first time I have seen this.
what exactly does this entail?
...also can you store the sample library on an external drive?

SSE just requires a computer that is manufactured half recently.
The only ones I know that are not sse are the old durons from AMD. Anything newer than that has sse. So ManyBass will run on all current and even older systems that came after the duron chip.

Older Celerons did not do SSE either. Not sure about the current crop.
