Does anyone use a Novation ReMote SL with automap universal?

I have been seriously thinking about buying a Novation ReMote SL 61 with the automap universal function and i wanted to know how well it works. Specifically the AutoMap Universal part. I currently have an M-Audio Ozonic which i like but i need more keys 49 would be good but 61 is better. With the Ozonic i can map a few controls (due to My limited knowledge, no fault of the Ozonic) but i want more control. does the automap mode work well? if it works as well as i think it might i will not hesitate to buy it.
I have a per-intel G5 Power Mac (dual 2, 4 gigs ram) i hope to use the novation with Logic Pro 7.2 some of the softsynths i have in addition to Logic's are Nexus, Audio Realism Bassline 2 & Pro, ZebraCM and i am going to buy Predator.
Also my Ozonic is also my main audio interface (i also have a Focusrite Saffire) that i have my powered KRK monitors connected to. So i think i will need to buy a new interface to hook the KRKs to that has a good volume control and a no hassle setup (like the ozonic not the saffire) any ideas and comments would be appreciated. thanx-gos
