what is the best audio cable to record an analog synth (evolver) with an echo audiofire? I find monster cable, cordial etc..
I need a very good recording quality

Does'nt matter. The only upside with expensive cables is that they don't go bad as quick as cheaper cables.

not true at all...though not going bad as quick for me is a good reason to go with better cables...but anyhow if you go with very cheap cables you will get what you pay for. I'm not saying you need to go with monster cable, but stay away from the extremely cheap cables. Often they have very little sheilding and they cut way back on the main conducter as well. Also they often have those cheapy molded plugs that suck. Making your own is good with good cable (mogami or similar) and good connecters...itactually does matter.
