m-audio black box

i'm very interested in m-audio's black box and i have some questions..

-can it handle internal effects chain(like 3-4 effects)?
-does it have a EQ?
-can it be connected directly to a speaker even if it's not a powered speaker?

I'm pretty sure the answer to your last question is "no" though...
