I'm a decent drum programmer but it would be great if the sample kits in the capsules actually came with the midi that drives some of the cool grooves in the demos. Is this the case of is it just raw kits to program yourself? Anywhere where you can get good midi files that drive the kits in the capsules?

The midi files from the demos are not included. There are many GM Standard midi files out there from companies like Groove Monkey. For the I-Map kits though we've been working on a large collection of midi files that we are going to be giving away and including with the variety of drum products we have coming out. More information on that coming very soon!
