sfz toolbox updated

Hi all,

I have updated the sfz toolbox. please get it here:

Changes:
» Automated loading of sfz files is enabled in the free version now (no more nag sreens!)
» edits can be previewed in the sfz player before saving to disk (the toolbox creates and loads a temporary sfz-file in that case)
