Kontakt 2 key ranges

I just bought Kontakt 2 and am having trouble extending the key ranges of samples down or up. It looks like its changing, but no sound on the new keys. Anyone know what i'm talking about? I can't find an answer in the documentation. Thanks

Please check that the Key range in Instrument Options/Instrument is correct.
