How to "round robin" in K2 for own samples?

Hi, there,

I noticed how effective K2 is in quelling the machine-gunning effect with Round Robin in some commercial products.

Does anyone know how to do this for our own K2 instruments?

I've got a bunch of things that I sampled in wav format that I could easily just sample again to have the extra sample(s) for the one note being played.

Can this be too hard to do ourselves? Did anyone create their own "round robin" K2 script that could offer tips? Or does anyone know of any sites that offer K2 download scripts?

I just tried it and i don't know if this is the most efficient way of doing it but at least it works. I did two groups. Imported one sample to one group and another to the other group. Then i assigned both groups to the same voice group.

Then under the group start option tab you can choose the round robin group start. Set one group to 1 and the other to 2.

I suspect there's an easier way of doing this but i have'nt mucked about much with these features so i'm not sure.

For the round robin functionality, you don't need any scripts.
Put the samples that you want to alternate between into different groups, go to the group editor, click on group start options, select round robin and adjust the further parameters to taste.
You can also select "random" there. Whatever floats your boat.
