What happened to beat creator/beat quantizer website?

I know this is just outside of imageline, but ZeroX's website, the creators of beat creator and beat quantizer - both sold by imageline - seems to be down - for a long time now.

I wanted to upgrade my beat creator 2 software to v3 or upgrade to beat quantizer and cannot. Does anyone know what has happened and the fate of ZeroX?

Thanks for your help. This is frustrating because I bought seamless looper a week before they seemed to fall off the face of the planet and should have upgraded Beat Creator at that time.
