So good morning Ladies an gentlemen.

One question.

Who of you is regularly looking for nice
inspiring drum loops an library's?
How much money are you willing to pay for a
nice library and how much bits drums should it
contain?

Would be nice to have some datas from you.

Thanks a lot.

Ups, I wanted to say DRUM, DRUM LOOPS.

So, no answers?
Cant believe that.
Who of you looks often for drum loop to use in his projects?
And what sort of stile do you like?
How much would you spend for it?

I find drum loops to be endlessly limiting, so I never use them. Instead, I'm very interested in good one shot drum/percussion samples, with good velocity layering. Those allow me to write any beat I want, and the beats I want are way too varried and unconventional to be covered by someone else's loops. So if you offered good one shot samples, I'd happily look into them.

Firstly that's two questions, and it wasn't morning, but anyway...

I'm not looking for drum loops or libraries. I don't find them inspiring. I wouldn't pay for them anyway (because i can program them myself and have tens of thousands pilfered from the internet and from magazine disks that haven't even touched my hard drive in years).

How much bits? You won't get very far if they're less than 16...

My pleasure.

You need to provide a little more info. What kind of drums?
(I'm afraid I won't be a customer, I make my own beats/loops)

for me the ideal drum library right now is Addictive Drums by XLN I think. It basically does everything I want - it's intuitive, it sounds good, fast to use and it's very versatile. I don't think I would personally ever buy drumloops, I'm more about selling them to other people ;)

I program my own drums, and don't use loops.

I prefer to roll my own.

----Ya'll can program drum beats in multiple styles, or do you usually just make one kind of music to begin with and just stick (no pun intended ha-ha) to that one style ?

I tend to do electronic stuff only, but not limited to any particular style really. Check my sig if you'd like to hear a few loops :D

Same here... eclectic mix of styles, but generally electronic.
