We have a demo of the 12 string acoustic on our webpage for ManyGuitar.
I don't think any of the other acoustics are shown in the MP3's though..... We'll be sure to get some more in the future, probably not until we go to Version 2 though, and then we'll do some more demo tracks.
ManyGuitar also works great in Sonar as both Greg and I use Sonar. It just shows up as a VSTi in your instrument list. Select it, and play/sequence/record away!
