He uses this http://www.kvraudio.com/get/67.html a lot from what his interviews say. give it a go.

Now that's old...

yann_, try with:
a number of detuned saws
low pass filter
vibrato, normally achieved modulating pitch with a LFO
envelopes seem to change dynamically, so experiment

The chords could be: G# Cm

The videos of it live show him using the microkorg. But he probably isnt playing that live anyway,
