On a typical 31 band graphic EQ, what's the "Q" of each band

I know, I'm dumb...I'm used to using paragraphic digital EQ's but I bought a Symetrix dual 31 band graphic (which I recommend-the 532E) and I'd like to know how to think of each band in terms of the parametric curves I'm used to using.
