Audio Producer tools - Musical Assistant

Read about this in a mag an was thinking how useful it would be for me when I get stuck with Chords/Scales. One prob though, I dont use MAC OS. Does anyone know of an equivalent for PC? Whether it be widget, small app or vst plugin? Cheers.
