Hi,

So I have this weird issue at work with wireless mics. They are set to the correct frequencies/group/channel, levels are good, etc. In other words the mics are set 100% properly. When I use hand held mics, everything works as it should. When I switch to the lavalier mics, I get dead spots in the room where sound drops by a significant amount of dBs, but does not cut off. When I look at the RF antenna signal when standing on these dead spot, the signals are solid good, maxed out, with no jitters or fluctuations. I know, you would think at least the signal of one of the antennas would be low or off or jumping up and down... So again, what's happening is not a loss of signal, but a severe drop in volume.

Anyway, sorry for posting this question here. I do not belong to any other pro-audio forum to ask this question at. I have contacted the manufacturer and the emails lead to nothing. I should also mention that I've used other brands of wireless mics and I get the same results. So it has to do with the room somehow.

Any help would so greatly appreciated
