Hi,

We have released version 2.0 of the PoiZone synth plugin.

PoiZone 2 features a refreshed interface and is now available as a standalone application,
native FL Studio plugin and AudioUnit plugin, in addition to the existing VSTi plugin version.

Registered users of PoiZone 1 can download the new version from the My FL Studio page.

The demo version is available from the Image-Line website.

PoiZone 2 is available for Windows (standalone/VSTi/FL) and MacOS X 10.4 (standalone/VSTi/AU).

Changes
- Filter Envelope curve is now logarithmical for more kicking bass sound, blah blah, sounds better.
- More accurate amplifier envelope, it uses more advanced interpolation to no clicks on short attack and release.
- Pimped UI (with knob inertia)
- Almost every parameter now can be automated (excluding few menu controls)
- PAN destination in the LFO
- Expanded legato/slide features: "held" and "static" buttons
- AU version, standalone version, FL version.

Which is all very lovely but you've broken Cubase 4 vst preset compatibility...all my patches have been rendered visible but unusable in one fell swoop..

Could you please check on that? ;-)

Possible to upgrade but keep the OLD GUI? I like that one much better. The smiley face just doesn't do it for me.

I prefer the high tech look that goes with the PoiZone1/Morphine flavor.

Love the new gui, except for the smiley face, umm what the hell is that?
Anyway, weird having a somewhat vintage looking skin on a synth that's primarily aimed at genres of the 90's and 2000's. Infact, it's a very wierd skin, the artist must have some pent up tension.... :P

I love the new skin.

Plus, I made 128 brand-spankin new presets that Image-Line will release sooner or later. :)

And toxic patches

My BoiZone skin was better :)

Yup, all those are on the way too! :hyper: They have to build the downloader into it, or the other way around, or something like that, first. All in good time I'm sure. :)

Look, no disrespect here--I love ToTc's patches (his stuff for Sytrus is killer), and I even like the new retro GUI for PoiZone, EXCEPT for that stupid smiley face. It's like a scratch on a new Porsche. Can't something be done about that?

hello? I can't use my vst presets in Cubase 4 (which happens to be the only way they could be saved in the previous version)

Does nobody see that as rather a huge ballsup?

Do you use Windows or OSX? If it's OSX, do you use it on an Intel or PPC mac?
