Hey guys, I am looking to get samples for a full acoustic drumkit (preferably with a ride and some crashes in addition to the usual kick/snare/etc..). I would like to get some free samples that sound decent enough without processing. Thanks in advance.

I end up using the The Maestro Cream drums for everything... they have a softer tone which feels like something from Pink Floyd or Alan Parsons. I especially like how the cymbals don't have that "bash the brass" kind of thing happening -- no Alex Van Halen emulations here. May or may not be what you want. lol

Addictive drums have a very nice demo which is fully usable. Only with a little bit less sounds than the full. http://www.xlnaudio.com/downloads

The only ones I didn't see, The Tchackpoum Kit http://tchackpoum.free.fr/Samples.php
Different mic recordings are available.
Also the Eran's Sample project has two pretty extensively samples kits. I'm not sure about links. Spe3D had posted an Acoustic set that has a nice(I'd call it loose) sound if anyone knows if it's still available.

That's a lot of Drums guess that makes us pretty lucky!

I think you guys mentioned the best ones. Independence Free has some pretty good GM kits, good assortment of cymbals.
