These patches and everything you have done with Modulad is amazing. You are brilliant. Thanks a ton. (I especially like orgstring!)

Hi Xavier,
For me, KX-Modulad stands out because it can sound so organic. Solid and old, but original. Here are some patches that I enjoy.
Bank 1
09 Mono EG4>VCF2
12 Glass Organ
15 old 33trs (droning is good)
22 Fantasy Seq tmp 60
65 Little Xylo (just the right combination of real and synthetic)
74 Percu seq e
83 human brain 1 (rocks)
86 vintage02 (one of my favorite lead sounds done super well, maybe the best ever)
98 vintage seq8
Bank 2
14 Bass med flange
19 vox fx pad3
24 vintage pad1
Many more, but I've got to run. I like the 1976 stuff in the first bank. Some of the cello and distortion stuff in the second bank is great. I usually don't like synth organs, but you pull off great organs, too. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Hi,
Thanks, that's help me when I have accurate opinions.
You can decrease the cpu use when if you don't use a positive modulation by the "Vel R" parameter to the VCA EG (long release (VCA)=more CPU use).
See > the preset 12, Glass Organ
In fact I use the velocity, "Vel R", to simulate a long release when you play with a high velocity, this is great for percussive sounds.

I was just trying many of the patches in the 99-preset bank, there's a lot of variety. I had no idea, I've been using simplistic bass/lead patches.

Hi,
I'm working on a new version of this plug...
I hope to keep the compatibility between this one and the actual version but I'm not sure.
I will add some features like a HP filter after the LP to transform the Kx Lp to a BP filter, etc...
The plug will be stereo : vcf1, vcf2, vca, main outputs with pan,
two Fx with my new delay module.
And the distortion will be more analog.
