I've got CSR and Ampeg SVX from the last promotional deal.

Now I've been demoing Amplitube 2 and Amplitube JHE, and decided that I would go with the JHE (both are at the same price for me at esoundz). But since Amplitube X-Gear and Metal are on the horizon, I'm afraid IK might pull out some kind of promotional deal again soon (say, buy Amplitube 2 now and get either JHE or Metal for free or something like that.)

I'm not interested in Metal Edition. X-Gear, however, is interesting if it lets me combine Ampeg SVX with JHE. I hope X-Gear will be free for Ampeg SVX owner as well. :)

So, do you think it's a good idea to get JHE now rather than wait a bit more (not sure how long)?

If you buy Stomp IO, you can get Amplitube 2 or Metal free with it.:-o ... do the maths. It is a good Christmas gift.

Thanks, but, well, that's still $600 above what I'm willing (or able) to pay, and I actually want JHE, not Amplitube 2 or Metal edition. :wink:

JHE crossgrade is not expensive. If you have any Ik product you are qualified to buy the crossgrade version.

If you are a member you may have 10% off the price, you need to log-in to check the price you get according to your membership level. With the membership rebate you may get it for less than $200.

I've not heard any promotion around the Amplitube series (they did the 'Buy one Get One fre'e this summer).
