password issues

Sorry to post here, I've been trying to get this straight for a long time over at the Image-Line site, but no luck.
I just bought Maximus, that all went smoothly. Downloaded the demo and got the reg code, it shows up along with everything else (FLStudio, Beatslicer, DX-10, Video Player, Soundfont Player) on my FL page.
I can't get to other areas of the site, however.
I've followed the instructions in the FAQ, no luck, generated a new password, no luck. I can't login to anything. No combination of emails, passwords etc. will work. I can't get to the link to email the forum administrator.
I need to change some informaion about my FLStudio account- address, and email especially, since I've moved and my old email address will only be active for another 30 days. I want to be sure my current information is in your database so I can get updates.
Is there an email address I can write to, or a link?
Any help would be much appreciated.

You'll need to use the registration support forum here:
http://support.flstudio.com
To log in here, you'll need to create a new account (if you've never used it before). It won't work with the username and password you use for the My FL Studio page (mostly because people with registration problems usually don't have that information).

Well, I'm going in circles. I filled out a ticket, generated a new password, the screen says new password generated, I click login, type in the username and password, screen says username or password invalid.
I think I've created two tickets, because I believe I went through this process yesterday. I'm not sure now what I'm doing at all.
I got an email a minute ago from FL saying "Somebody tried to re-register with the same e-mail address as your existing support.FLStudio.com account.
If you are having trouble logging into your account, please follow this link:"
So I followed the link and went in the circle again.
I've tried logging in with IE and Netscape.
Any other ideas?
Sorry to bother you in this forum.

Where exactly are you trying to log in?
If it's the My FL Studio page, you can't change the password (or username) that you have to use for that.

open FLS, open the help menu, and click 'register access to web site.'
