Edirol UA-25 not detected when booting (sometimes)

My Edirol UA-25 is not turning it self on at the booting and this doesnt happen all the time, if i shut down the system and turn it on it works. what could be wrong. This has only been happening quiet recently.

IF you are using a laptop it could be a power management issue. Try adjusting your power settings.
If not there's the basic checklist:
Update the drivers
Make sure the cable is seated properly in the USB port on the UA and PC
Replace or swap out the USB cable
Try a different USB port
Figure out if *anything* on your system has changed since it was working fine. (Windows update, connected HW, Dl software, installed software etc). If so and you are on windows you can roll back to the last know working restore point. (I would recommend you back up items before doing this).
I bet it is something simple as 9 out of 10 times it is.
