Îs there a Midi foot pedal out there?

I'm looking for a footpedal that sends Midi CC with which I can control eg filter cut off and volume of vsts live.

So far I've only come across M-Audio M-XP but that does only seem to work with a n Expression-Pedal Input which I haven't. The other one I know is the Behringer FCB 1010 but that's more than I need.

Any suggestions?

I was also looking into this, since my Korg m1 does not really support a normal jack plug-type expression controller(range-problem). The midisolution is a nice but rather expensive solution. There are other controlers like the DIGITECH CONTROL X (round 80 euro's), but I don't know how good that one is. There is also the YAMAHA MFC10 and ROLAND FC300. They are like the Behringer FCB 1010 but probably much nicer but also a little more expensive. If anyone else has ideas...

There's also the Digitech mc2, a footpedal with Midi out. No longer manufactured, but maybe some luck on ebay...

it's a shame companies don't manufacture expression pedals that have either midi out or usb out for a cheap price.
