welll... i recently finished a song with this kind of sound, you need a really low bass for this and 2 leads to make the plucked sound.
i did it with minimoog V but i'm sure it would work with lots of other synths out there. Here's a patch i made in minimoog V, use it with lots of reverb and slight delay and you're there (hopefully)

sounds to me like a saw wave oscillator, maybe with a sine/triangle on a 2 osc synth, with a a quick envelope, set to a low frequency.
Name a freeware synth, and I can whip something up to point you in the right direction (or ffTwin or sytrus)

It's possible to do it in synth1, but you should use alpha free..

Dannyqt18, Just d/l ur minibank, sounds are nice m8. But which one do use for the low bass and which two for the leads as I am trying to replicate this sound.

EDIT:

This is not the exact same preset used to make the song above. It is close, but I played with the Sync, Filter, and Pulse.
