"MWOW" bass = your typical DnB growler bassline sound.

A basic general synth construction of the sound:

OSCILLATORS:
(Subtractive) PWM/Sync'd Square with a clipped Triangle or Sine.
(Osc-on-osc) Pulse Modulated Triangle on a Sine.

With either option, you can have two of the same or one of each, and if you want one slightly detuned.

AMP ENVELOPE:
Attack: 0
Decay: 0-64
Sustain: 0-127 (My advice: Sustain values inversely proportional to Decay values)
Release: 0-32

FILTER (LOWPASS) ENVELOPE:
Attack: 32-96
Decay: 32-127
Sustain: 0-64
Release: 0-32
Cutoff: Have it on the low end to have it work with the filter envelope.
Resonance: 0-96
