Warmest / cleanest vst reverb?

Hi,
I'm currently using uad Plate140, tc classicverb and some of the cubase4 ones - but i find you must crank the wetness/time right down (until there's harly any verb left) or it will dirty up the mix.
I'm really looking for a nice clean and warm one, not necessarily convolution ones. Just one that can be used on a few instruments/drums at the same time without clogging up the mix too much and making it sound ugly.
If you have heard the music by OTT, you will know the kind of sounds I would love, don't know how he does it!
This would be a reverb for generally electronic only music, ranging from 70-140bpm...
Any input would be great:) and have a nice holiday!

I would suggest trying different ways of using the reverbs you have. If you are using reverbs as channel insert effects you are probably going to get the busy/muddy reverb problem no matter what reverb you use at all but the lightest settings as you already indicated. I would suggest trying the bus method of using reverb for most of your parts i.e. sending drums, guitars, vox etc to a reverb aux and only using channel reverb for things such as beefing up a slightly sterile synth and things like that.

Lexicon.
Whoops, missed the VST part of the op. I dislike every VST reverb I've tried. I own Princeton and CSR. Haven't tried that new Lexicon emu with the very, very undesirable copy protection which will go unnamed. I didn't warm up to AAR (cold, IMO), nor to Reflect (has the sound of VirSynth's synths, IMO---"hard" in the upper midrange).

Technically, Waves H-Reverb is probably the cleanest non-convolution reverb (because it's FIR-based) - but it can also be pretty warm.

I discovered recently that the iLok code embedded into some reverbs cause a certain shimmer effect which sounds incredible rich and smooth.

Yes, but iLok1 is warmer and more vintage sounding than iLok2 or later...martinjuenke wrote: Thu Nov 18, 2021 1:15 pm I discovered recently that the iLok code embedded into some reverbs cause a certain shimmer effect which sounds incredible rich and smooth.
