Could you please learn when there is an apostrophe in "it's" and when its apostrophe is not there?

its' = of or belonging to.

e.g ...when its' apostrophe is not there?

Sigh. Interrogatives must end with a question mark. Also, the letter F is not a verb. Maybe you're thinking of f**k, but it doesn't need capitalization. All these things help rather than hinder communication, or didn't you know that?*
