Nevertheless, if there are any microKorg owners out there who could share tips/trics, experiences, do and don'ts so i can get the most out of this tiny beast, please be my guest!

Hi,

the micro is a cool synth - great for leads and fx.im a bit of an analogue purest when it comes to bass so i tend not to use it for bass much

one tip i can think of is - you can make the micro velocity sensitive with the mod matrix- bottom of main editor screen

Also you should have a search onine for patches there is a fair amount around, i think it can take Ms2000 patches as well

one thing i would say - i have found that i get quite different results from using the software editor and from using the built in editing capabilities-

so long story short: dont forget you can make new sounds on this puppy without
your pc editor :hihi:

I saw a guy knock one off its stand while performing live last night, after which he couldn't get it to work again. So my tip would be to not do that.
Ideas are bulletproof... I am not.
