I replaced rp6 (they were faulty) and the shop calls me that they have a replacement, but rp6 with black woofer, not yellow. I have searched the internet, but never seen Rokits with black woofer. Is it fake? Anyone knows?

Yes, but this is a replacement woofer.
They said that monitors are new from the factory... ???

Please do check with KRK. Could be that these cones are the very same apart from the colour, for reasons unknown to us. The answer is just one phone call or email away.

Maybe you got refurbished ones or something: damaged components are swapped for new ones and it works & looks like new again. Chances are that the ones you sent in get refurbished also. If they didn't do that then the costs of warranty were higher, so the total costs of the product would be higher.

Krk RP6 black woofer?
