Darbuka, Darabuka, Doumbek... All different names for the same type of goblet drum. The darbuka has his origins in Egypt. Its thin, responsive drumhead and resonance help it produce a distinctively crisp sound.
The loops in this pack contain the most popular 4/4 Middle Eastern rhythms such as: maqsuum, baladii, sayyidii, waahida and sombati. Combine these loops with the Arabic Flute loops and you have a killer track!

The Splurgo Free Loop Pack contains all loops that are for FREE, plus about 700 extra (not free) loops from all packs. The intention of the pack was to save customers time downloading demo loops, and give an easy view of what we have to offer.
