My Chromatic Hits sample set was already available in sfz format but I have just completed the design of 203 programs for Rapture. These will certainly add a whole new, and different, palette of sounds to any Rapture library.

The first 101 programs correspond to the 101 sfz files included in the Chromatic Hits sfz version without any processing. The other 102 programs are either layered and/or make use of Rapture's synthesis features, FXs and alternate tunings. IMPORTANT: the sfz format ($24.99) is required to use these programs and has to be bought if you do not already own it.

The programs are offered for a limited time at a special introductory price of $4.99 US. They work with both Mac and PC versions of Rapture and they should work with Rapture LE too (test the demo first).

Questions and comments are welcome!

P.S.: The Chromatic Hits are also available in soundfont and Emulator X2 formats.

Below are 6 MP3s specific to the Rapture version of the Chromatic Hits.
The first 3 have one program per demo and no external processing.
Exotic Percussion 03
Random Bells
Random Hits 01

And 3 more elaborate examples featuring more than one program, again no external processing applied:
Clockwork Programs used: Triple Metal + Random Hits 04 Oriental
Deep Space Programs used: Cosmic Bells 2, Ghosts, Electro Buzz 3, Going Going Gone too, Interstellar Critters (AT), Outer Space (AT)
Microtonal Fiesta Programs used: Two Tunings 01, Two Tunings 02, Filtered Cymbell (AT)

Looking forward to your comments about all examples and especially about Deep Space.

More MP3s can be found on the Chromatic hits page.
