Manually transcribe from tab to notation. If you can read both it will be easy.
Or you could pick up guitarpro5 or powertab editor manually tab it out and export to midi.
Actually I wish one could do the reverse
Have a guitar roll like a piano roll.

Try pasting your TAB into this site: http://www.8notes.com/tab/
Save the MIDI to your hard drive and import it into Ableton.
For something this short I would just use the mouse and punch it into the piano roll.
Nice melody by the way.

Guitar Pro 5 can usually import ASCII tab. Once it is in GP5, you can then export to a midi file. The midi file can then be brought into most sequencers/DAWs
More info at: http://www.guitar-pro.com/en/index.php
Tux Guitar ( http://www.tuxguitar.com.ar/download.html ) is a freeware version of GP5 that is very close in performance and it might allow the same manipulation in case you do not have GP5 or do not want to purchase it.
