Hello,

I have tried last night and this morning to download the OSX version, but I get an error telling me the file can't be found on the server. I have tried the link on the Image Line site and from the MY FL Studio page. Is there a problem at your side or mine?

My mistake, the filename was wrong. It's fixed now.

Downloaded and installed no problem, my serial code from the My FL Studio page lets me register, but I can not download the presets, I get an error each time I try. I have noticed that the download manager also needs registered so I have tried to generate a code at the FL site. I am logged in all my products are showing up but when I try to generate a code I am told I am not on the data base. Any suggestions what I should do now?

So you get that message when you generate a regcode?

If so, I suggest using the registration support forum here to explain this problem:

Yes, I was already logged on at the FL site, so I got my Toxic serial but the reg code was the problem. I tried logging out and now when I use my login details I am not recognised at all. I will try to contact FL support.

I think I am having the same problem on OSX, i entered my regcode, biohazard works fine and says im registered, however the dl manager gives me an error whenever i try to dl a present bank w/i the biohazard app.

edit- i also downloaded/installed/reg bio on my pc just prior to the mac instal the banks dl and worked fine on the pc.

The download manager application needs to be registered separately on OSX. This can be done like this:
1. download a regcode from the My FL Studio page (.reg file)
2. open IL Download Manager.app
3. click on the Options button and select "Register applications..."
4. locate the downloaded regcode file

You may need to restart the download manager and (if loaded) Toxic Biohazard.
