Hi everyone!

I was wondering if there's a way to control simultaneously different parameters with the exp. pedal!

for example, i'd like to assign to the pedal different parameters, like delay time + wah wah + cab ambience!

I tried one time but the pedal works only as a switch ON-OFF, it doesn't control at the same time different "knobs"...

Is there a way to do that???

I think i heard it was possible (in the brochure they claim you can control four different parameters with one pedal)

thanks a lot guys!

Anyone as any clue yet?

That would be a cool feature, don't you think so?

Thanks

Yes, you can do that. Each of the 6 expression pedals can be assigned to ANY of the knobs which to me is totally AMAZING! As one who has owned a lot of vintage pedals I've always liked the ones that had a "CV" input for a pedal so you could control a filter or an LFO rate etc. Now with Stomp IO you can control ANY of the pedal's knobs and simultaneously with one pedal as well if you like. You really can do some wicked real time live effects with this system.

Hey Squids!

Thanks a lot!

Now that I know it's possible, how can i do that? :D

I don't have Stomp/IO yet!

I have a Roland GT-8 floor processor, can I use it?

Could you please tell me what are the steps you did to assign knobs to Stomp pedal?

Thanks for your time!

Not that I have one but here's a guess....

Midi out of the GT-8, select it as the midi input device in Xgear or as a midi input device in your host, bring up a stomp, select midi learn on a parameter and push the pedal up and down ;-)

If it responds, you're golden. Just do the same for all the stomps.
Play what you feel and feel what you play.

I can already use my expression pedal to control wah wah!

The problem here is that I CAN'T ASSIGN KNOBS DIRECTLY TO EXPRESSION PEDAL!

I can only assign the slot (let's say Stomp A - slot 2) to the pedal, but

that way I can't control the knobs, and the pedal works just as an ON-OFF

switch! any clue? Thanks :D
