Yep and the Bleeding send fx bug

XT 1 does also have this memory bug with vst's.

What i do is that i use Wusik VM on every track and when i change to another vst the memory get allocated correctly

Are you swearing at the send channels or is it that they bleed?

No swearing, random channels can bleed into send tracks. You'll know what I talk about once you've experienced it.

I think ext doesn't deallocate the memory of deleted vsts because of the undo functionality. You can undo plugin deletion, in order for that to work the plugin needs to stay in memory.
There's a few ways to solve this:
1. Just remove the undo functionality and put a big popup saying that removing vst cannot be undone (ala flstudio)
2. Do not store the plugin in memory, but a modified preset file which contains a reference to the plugin (fxp's do not contain a reference to the plugin)
3. Make it a user definable option, so everyone can choose for himself if he wants undo functionality or not
4. Allow us to purge all unused plugins from memory with a button (and a big popup that this kills the undo functionality), kind of like the audio pool.
