Sfzed will extract the waves. It is a simple small application.

chicken systems translator free does the job for sf2 -> wav (dont know other way round, why do you need that?)!

And to complete it all, Awave Studio by FMJSoft can do this too! As long as you're doing just one sample a time the demo version will do.

It's called there 'sf2towav'
It outputs to a new folder so 'blah.sf2' is output to '/blah'. It's tested so shouldn't corrupt any files.
DOS version is run from the command line
WIN version runs with a Windows interface
