Any tips ?

There's the ravenspiral guide. It's more of a beginner guide but still useful.

book another thread on microtuning. it is not exactly a book on music theory, but has some chapters which cover the theory of scales and temperaments. the remaining chapters are mainly about signal processing and physics.
