Dear MU.LABorants,

Just want to let you know that the next MU.LAB 2.0 version needs more development time than estimated.

Sometimes it's difficult to predict how things gonna evolve, it's a bit like an organic process, and this process is going very nice 8)

So it would be a pity to force stop developing because then the final result will not be as fun and tasty as when it can evolve freely to full quality.

Apologies to anyone who is eagerly waiting to start PLAYING with the new MU.LAB.

Be sure i'm 1 of U.

The updated estimated time table is:

-> July: Test Releases (first to a closed group)
-> August: PreRelease
-> September: Release

Please comfort yourself with the fact that it will be a great new version!

Woaw, so we will wait, but do you plan to implement Rewire then ?

Take your time! Better a stable and innovative host than a buggie that needs weekly bug-fixing (like ... ).

Yes, ReWire is planned to be added, but not yet in 2.0.

Yes, that's definitely one of the biggest reasons for this postponement.

2.0 is becoming a beautiful version and it would be very sad and stupid to bring it out 'unfinished' or buggy. It would be a disappointment for both developer as user.

It's always difficult to wait, but I've no doubts it'll be well worth it!

Like the others said, take your time Jo! Keep on keepin' on.

And thanks for giving us an update.
