Painfully Slow Downloads

Is there some way IL can do something about the glacial speed of the downloads of the Samplefusion soundsets? To me, it look like they're using a dial-up service -- 32-50k? When did you last see anything that slow?

For example, I bought Varazdin, and find it almost useless because it takes so long to DL what I paid for. And I'd say about half of my total collection is unaccessed becaue I haven't had the time to sit and watch my PC try to empty the reservoir through a straw...
