Install-Authorize CSR -From GB-[Solved]

Hi folks,

For sure the more stupid question of the week Enjoy

So I got the CSR and T-Racks from the last GB. But how to install-authorize it ?

If I login to my account (user area) on IK's site and choose authorization it only shows my SS2 product. Same for Downloads/updates.

Then if I switch for the product_page/download demo to DL the demo version I read this :

"After having installed the demo, when using Classik Studio Reverb, always click CANCEL on the Authorization Wizard. This is because this Demo cannot be Authorized"

So that , I'm a bit confused ...

If anyone could .........

Ok here's the solution, in case anyone is confronted to the same doubts.

1/ Like mentioned in Allen's mail connect to IK site and select authorize new product
2/ Just fill the serial number. Dont bother about Digital ID aso
3/ Go to your IK user area page, CSR is now available as download in the DL page. DL it.
4/ Install CSR
5/ Launch CSR in your daw. Registration wizz opens.
6/ Copy (again ...) your serial in the reg wizard) then follow the instructions
7/ Done

I'll assume that you have installed the versions you downloaded from your esoundz user area. So DON'T click cancel, instead, go through the authorization using the serial numbers that esoundz emailed you.

Many Thx for the help but ....

No versions of Csr nor Tracks are available in my user area at esoundz.

Btw I received this from Allen my my SN :

"To receive your download, follow these simple instructions:

go to www.ikmultimedia(Dot)com once you are there click on Product
Registration. Its located to the left of the page under Support. Once
there follow all instructions"

In fact on IK's site, just have to add the SN in the requested area (leaving blank other fields like the Digital ID aso) and THEN the DL version of CSR becomes available ...)
