Some bits and bobs cobbled together to be honest, more 'louder than bombs' than 'the queen is dead' if one may be so bold.

A few newish things, some extended competition entries, an old number tarted up etc. f**k it, I like doing it and making a silly cover.

Tis a fairly big zip file mind (48.7 mb). For those who are undecided (it's generally crooning and some manner of indie rokk vaguely in tune, I'm 38 now, don't expect any fireworks...), here are the 2 worst songs, sorry, the 2 first songs;

Man ! That's absolutely fabulous !

I really enjoyed it. Definitely something I would buy and listen in my car while long driving ! (And damn, I drive a lot... :p)

Do you know M83 ? Some of your tracks have a feeling which approaches... Less electronic that's true. But some really nice chilled rock.

a keeper for ever

Illustrious baseline - spot on
Lyrics are sublime
Mix near perfect
Not to fond of the loud samples snare

Last - love the drama
Know this one - a song people can relate to
Would have loved a Rhodes better on this one
Lovely drum track. Is the drums from hell bank?

Is7 - funny
Lyrics - funny
Sounds - harsh

Once - the you I love the most
The Guitar strum is just out of this world
Drums are laid back / funky
Solemn music

Fearandloathinginllittlelondon
You control me - that's a nice opening line
Not too fond of the distortions
Love how this evolves

Again
I'm entering the studio where the band is practicing
It's like I'm breaking in on a holy moment
One of these moments when everyone in the band knows they are playing
Something worthy making history
Music / lyric / mix / arrangement
Everything absolutely spot on - on loop this one
The last number you do when you're on tour

The man who stares at
Vibrato guitar and hiss sounds accompany each other nicely
Wonderful arrangement
Much very well working cliché's and repeating notes makes it easy
To understand for a broad audience
Would love to sing on this only one :

The man who stares at
Broken windows
Empty streets
And bottle tops
Puddles glisten
Moonlight blue
And the all the while
he thinks of you

The man who stares at
Sunken ships
A wasted life
But no repent
He spend his life
He lend his life
Dedicated
To you

The man who stares at
Closing cafes
Broken glass
On the paving
Heavy rains
Billboard names
His Armpit strains
His worn out sweater
He hopes things will be better
For you

Cheers. I know the M62 (spent many hours of my life on that road....) I shall endeavor to check out M83.

i like the ones that are funny and moody in one.

you come and go, you come and go. amitabha neither a follower nor a leader be tagore "where roads are made i lose my way" where there is certainty, consideration is absent.

it was donks. i've seen casa tugger, and i wondered the same thing, but it's a back-to-front question. he's mastered the art of production via years of dedication to insobriety and not hoovering. whereas i just have to cram those in.

i'd have played mine for him, if he'd asked, but i seem to remember some sort of "rhodes=girly because not used by slayer" conversation... :hihi:
