How to Capture VST Arpeggiator Output as Midi Data?

I have a vst arpeggiator instrument, Dualism, that has a double arpeggiator.
Dualism's output is linked to a guitar vst enabling the guitar to play Dualism's arpeggios. I've been trying to capture the midi data of the arpeggiated output in the piano roll but haven't succeeded yet. I've been told that this can't be done in FL. If not, how can I do it, or is it possible?
I'm able to record the arpeggiation in Edison and then choose the option to dump score to piano roll. That worked pretty well but I think it may have a problem with a lot of notes. If this is the only way I can do it, I guess I can record the arpeggios played at a very slow speed to enable Edison to better capture/translate the audio into midi.
Any help on this will be much appreciated.
