I'm really pissed off here...

buckskin banned me from the forums because I had fight with some users, I deserved a ban..., but now I can't log-in to my account at IL site because it is the same login page since the migration..., so where I can download the products/reg-keys that I paid for?...

This is ridiculous...
I don't get any answer from info@image-line.com

Release me from the ban, I won't fight with anyone...I give you my word. I just want my access to the technical support forum and to "my FL page".

While I think it's bad that you can't get the keys that you paid for, if you did the crime then you have to do the time. One month in this case.

I also urge you to read image-line's policy on getting banned etc before getting a lawyer as you may find your efforts fruitless.

this is nonsense. while I've seen the discussions on the FL forum, and agree with the ban from the FORUM, banning him from accessing the product he paid for is totally unacceptable.

Yup, FL may be my all time fave gear, but I agree .... ban from forum fair enough, but taking away the guy's toys is out of order.

ahem, all of that doesn't matter. people are weird and say a lot of insulting stuff on forums every day. still, that doesn't give anyone the right to ban them from accessing a product they paid for!!! so, someone from image line should answer a simple question: is he able to access his account for key and installer downloads or not?

Do you really think that he doesn't already have everything installed, anyway? He obviously already has FL & his key installed for a long time, the only reason he posts here is to whine.

I told others at IL.. instead of banning & create new martyrs, we just needed a 'playpen' forum to which we'd send assholes.
