Hi all, Im alittle obsessed as I'm trying hard to recreat the basshunter sound... from music to the vocal effects.

I'v been trying hard to understand exactly what effects are on his voice...

It sounds very smooth,, All I can guess is, Slight delay, Room Reverb, Autotune.... EQ and comp??

Can anyone help me know what sort of EQ is used,, as Im sure is sounds really slightly ummmmm "radio/telephone" sounding???? Maybe it's just the tone of his voice?

Also with the comp,, any ideas what settings would be used??? Knee, thresh, etc

(What I am after is the pro feel vocal,, which I am not really getting... maybe Im missing a booth!? (Would it be worth buying one of those £1200 booths?)

Hope you can all help

Great, thank you,

does anyone know any good/easy vocoder software? Is there one free with cubase SX that I have never discovered?

Also

Is TC's Native Filtrator good to use for a High and Low filter, or should I just use normal EQ?

my problem is.. I dont really know what the curv/line should look like for a high and low cut filter in EQ... Any points would be great? :help:

I like this one :http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=225601

Free, easy to set up, and sounds nice.

Mix it in with your own voice and you are halfway there..

A Eq can do the 2 in same time...Look for Production Pack from Keytosound/koblo , it 's no expensif and very good quality..
